Pleasure Houses
This technique started developing about 15 years ago. The founder of this company was contracted as an Electronics System Engineer, working in San Francisco 'Sex Pleasure House and Spa'.

The client wanted to design electronic controls and underwater lighting for a very sexy penis shaped indoor pool. This pool overflowed, in a very suggestive way, into a spa injected with steam, bubbling up, filling the whole area with mist. These people were very "into it" when it came to sexual pleasure.

They liked the work and eventually asked him to work on another project, which was to develop a means of using electronics to stimulate the sexual organs to orgasm. Intrigued by the idea and the money involved, the project was soon underway.

Extensive Research
Research lead down some interesting paths, including bondage and BDSM 'clinics', (where these people first got their idea). To electronic muscle and nerve stimulation techniques and several University studies on electrical stimulation for impotence and erection problems in men.

The end result was an intricate wall of electronic equipment that produced sensations that could be varied from gentle tingling to intense stimulation, and/or mild to throbbing pulses.
